My first wet dream - Did porn stole my puberty

Hi guys. Weird thing happened to me yesterday. I had my first wet dream. It sounds like nothing special, but I'm almost 30 and it never happened to me.
I never was concerned about not having these. I thought that i have these but i never mentioned it, but now, when it really happened i realised it's the first time in my life.

It was not really good dream. It was about my addiction, which made me feel wrong and confused.

I was in bed with my wife, but i was watching some "sissy commercial". It was about some vibrator. So i suddenly have one of these in the bed. I was afraid my wife finds out, so I hide the dildo in my underwear. But she hugged me from behind, rubbed my belly and then she moved downwards and touch the toy. But in the dream it suddenly was not vibrator but my penis and I came.

So I woke up, changed my clothes and went outside to clean my head.

So why this happened to me and why it never happend before?
- Did porn stole my puberty and now it is back again when i reboot?
- Are these thougs go back to me in dreams when i suppresed them whan awake?
- What does it men for my reboot?
- And what does it mean for my life?
