Hello and welcome to the nofap community just wanna give you a few tips for the start First you should find out when and why you want to relapse For me it was like that i always fapped at night before sleeping but i always waited to like 23.00 so i knew my family members where sleeping and locked my door so i always tried to sleep earlier and let my door wide open and wore some pants over my underwear so i had more layers that i had to pull off But i still relapsed a lot since i just fapped on different times and had a way different mindset then now Second i would suggest you to work on your willpower this is the main thing that helps me¨ In my opinion the best and easiest way to do this is to shower ice cold everyday This works because we just hate cold shwoers its uncomftarble your brain will tell you omg omg get out of this this sucks and you just stay in there trust me this will help you much more then you maybe think changed my whole life what also helped me the most is : going to the gym This really helped me the most i think letting out the energy getting more muscular and not just chilling every evening at home started going to sleep earlier so you have more energy in the morning and are motivated to do things started to eating more healthy you feel better and well your healthier wich also is a huge plus Always try do to something not sit at home and do nothing get out meet friends meet girls literally anything so you dont have time to think to much dont get me wrong thinking can be good and is good we need to think but we also overthink and on reboot you think about fapping again and boom you relapsed... Drink less alcohol because most of the time you just make bad decisions And now im starting to read books and delted netflix and threw away my tv also i remind me always if urges are coming that i make this for a reason and this wanting to relapsing pussy ("my brain") is not me and if i relapse i will regret it hard im in this community since the begging of this year and every relapse was not worth it not even a little bit ! This helped ME maybe you need other things but at least try some things a lot people also meditate which is not my thing but maybe its yours i also was going for long runs at the start which are fun but since i focus on bodybuilding now and wanna gain some weight so i stopped doing it but know just trying to not touch your dick will not be enough to do this ! Yeah i rember the first 2 weeks i couldnt sleep and coulndt work proparly because i was constantly thinking about porn but that will fade away also you probably will relapse but thats not a problem since you will learn the most from it specially after like a month of nofap because the relapse will feel super shitty trust me and i relapsed a lot and at one point i just said myself fuck this its not worth it
