My first 30 days ever

Hola friend, i don’t use an smartphone anymore, after been one month with Nophone I realized some benefits, but we are here to talk about Nofap, if you can give me more details of your problem I’ll be happy to help you, if is about depression just let me tell you that is your brain that is addicted to negative thoughts, is just an other addiction, we human beings get addicted to things, people, environment and the challenge is for us is overcome that, not easy tho. I learned that from the book breaking the habit of being yourself.
