My big fear

    I know this can't be true but I feel like now that I'm rounding 18 years old a lot of the physical damage pmo causes are irreversible. I'm not small but I'm also not a big kid, yet I workout a lot. I just don't feel as masculine as I should and where I'm rounding sexual maturity at 18 that scares me.

    You should not feel scared; PMO can cause issues, but you should be accepting of who you are. The porn you have watched has given you an unrealistic view of how your body should be! Be optimistic and keep looking for the good things!
