    Hello NoFap Community!

I've been reading stories on this site for a month or so and have been trying to do 90 day no PMO. Of course I had some relapses and am currently o my 7th streak/try. Today is Day 7. One week! :) Firstly I wanna reach 90 days and then maybe half a year, and if I manage to reach half a year I will try to reach 1 year. AND if I reach 365 days no PMO than I will completely remove porn and masturbation from my life. I kinda divided it into phases.

So that's it. I will try to create posts on my progress and if anyone reads them I hope they will take an example and so on... :).

    Hey bud, welcome..
You could try building on smaller steps: say 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, 75 days 90 days etc etc..
You'll still be making the same progress.. however the challenges are more achievable..

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

  4. Kindabi's method is seconded by me. If you set a big goal for yourself, but relapse before you reach it, that can be quite demotivating. Hell, some people take even smaller steps and try to just rid only porn or masturbation from their life. For example, someone just trying to get rid of porn from their life will still keep masturbating, just without porn. Then when he feels he's no longer addicted to porn, he targets masturbation next.

Can't agree more. Worry about today. Then, set your sights on the week. Identify your trouble times. Keep a log. Watch yourself progress into better streaks. Relapse is unfortunately part of recovery for many of us even the great ones. I'm years clean now, but it took a LONG road to get here. Just get on the path and be persistent. You can do anything. Glad you're here.
