My 75 days Hard challenge journey

    1. Drink (1/2 lit hot water Morning + 1 full jug + 1/2 lit water for workout)
    2. Workout (CrossFit) - 6 days a week + 1 day rest
    3. Healthy Diet with no outside food
    4. Take a picture of myself everyday
    5. Wake up at 8:00 am
    6. Every day only 1 hr allowed for Youtube & entertainment (7:00 - 8:00PM) + 30 mins allowed while lunch
    7. Transfer my extra hours completely into Side hustle (Testing) - Get Payment
    8. 10:00PM (Guided meditation)
    9. 10:30PM Sleep
    10. No afternoon sleep

    Why am I doing this?
    Recently my wife got pregnant, we are very happy. Like every mother in this world, she is going through a tough journey, repeated nausia, tiredness, weak. I know the suffering is for the baby. but, as a man, I am not getting this, even I too equally responsible for the baby.

    So I want put myself in a difficult situation by following strict routine. There was a saying, every woman gets rebirth after getting a child.

    Even I want to get rebirth of myself in this journey. It feels good for myself with six pack
