For about five years, I have struggled with serious porn addiction - a good part of it started during puberty It got so bad I could hardly go a day without masturbating, my smartphone browser history got clogged with porn content - I knew I had a problem, and had to change So, I got referred to this wonderful platform by a YouTuber and will be documenting my experience - I hope I learn from it and you too as well For personal reasons, I will not be going on a full 90-Day Challenge immediately. Instead, I want to see how well I can stay clean for just 7 Days. The result of these difficult seven days will tell me how serious my problem is - I really hope it isn't so serious. My time says 3AM over here, I will be briefing you on how things go from Day 1 to Day 7 Because I just want to keep myself anonymous, you can address me as guinea pig - because that is exactly what I am at the moment Ciao

Testing : Day 1 A very easy abstinence for me, although there were temptations. For once in a long time, I was able to respond appropriately to urge triggers on my phone - like pictures, videos, social media Spent some time getting rid of urge triggers on my phone and realized I never suffered from PIED - as I can still get stimulated without porn Looking forward to day 2
Testing: Day 2 I should have shared this yesterday but I guess I still can. Day 2 of my PMO Abstinence test and my sexual urge is getting stronger - I now know I need to be more strategic in my approach. I found myself getting stimulated just by watching a movie and know I may have to spend less time glued to my TV screen. If there is anything i have learnt from day 2, it is that staying clean could mean deprivation from a lot of things you would normally enjoy
