MUST READ: Finally Free

I have just finished the book Finally Free by Heath Lambert, which is a faith-based book on overcoming porn addiction. The author who wrote it is a Baptist, but the points he raises are very valid. It can be a bit of a slap in the face in parts, but that can be a good thing.

You only feel the pain from a slap in the face for a brief period of time, though. That is why I like this book so much: it clearly breaks down two different types of sorrow regarding pornography addiction. The first, wordly sorrow, is temporary and ineffective. The second, Godly sorrow, is what we all must have before we can truly quit.

I hope that others here can experience the same benefits of this book that I have. Please let me know what you think if you do decide to read it.
