morning wood=relapse?

So I kind of asked this question before but I'm not sure if I understand. So I haven't had an orgasm in more than three weeks. But sometimes I wake up in the morning with morning wood and I notice that I am subconsciously touching myself and having fantasies. I'm literally half awake while doing this. I notice what I'm doing and then stop myself. I do not edge close to orgasm or anything like that. I literally touch myself maybe once or twice but the morning wood lasts for a long time. Does this count as a relapse? I know I shouldn't do it regardless but sometimes I barely even notice its happening.

 

Well I'm determined to make a conscious effort not to touch down there. I just started on this journey so I'm still getting used to the nuances of it. At first, I just thought it was no porn and no orgasm, but now I'm becoming more concerned with any type of sexual dopamine release at all. So I'm debating on whether I want it to count as a relapse or not. I feel like there has to be a dopamine release of some kind, but just not that strong.
