31 days without PMO but it seems like every week (like clockwork) I need to release in the form of MO and usually to thoughts of my SO. This morning it seemed to be a purely mechanical act with just enjoying the feeling without picturing anyone or anything. Just self pleasure without remorse afterwards but a feeling of being re-energized! And honestly, I have no further urges to go back to P. Is that weird or normal? Any thoughts?
This is my way of things too...I just mo when I just...need to. Just one mo every 4-7 days. It helps release the tension and as a result gets rid of urges to watch P.
