mini scars on penis and varicocele - when will they heal?

I started masturbating a certain way after I was a couple years into my addiction

I would watch a porn video and I would lay on my bed under a thin blanket, the laptop would either be by my side, on my stomach or some table next to me

I would then rub only the tip of my penis against the blanket multiple times because there were a lot of nerve endings and the feeling was very intense

Obviously that would fuck up my glans quite a lot, and the color has darkened and there are a lot of scars and incisions

I have stopped masturbating and watching porn for quite some time, I also never had sex but I sometimes get wet dreams

Does anyone know what I am talking about and knows how long it takes untill the tissue is repaired

I also have a varicocele, it is a condition when blood gets stuck in the veins that connect testicle and penis, it lowers testestorone, stunts development during teens, and potentially can cause impotence if left untreated. I am scared of doing an operation do you think cold showering and stop of masturbation will solve these issues?
