    My mind started playing games with me it saying that you started on fap on a wrong day it's not a perfect day for NoFap. start again. (OCD) Can anybody tell my mind that we can start NoFap on any day

    Its our addiction pathways that try to trick us into that bro. There will never be a "perfect" day to start getting rid of porn. You just have to make that concious decision to do so. Keep on fighting my brother and dont look back!
