    It really is immensely difficult, isn't it? Quitting PMO and all the awful withdrawal symptoms that try to stomp you down can make you feel like you're running an obstacle course with a broken leg. But you know what the upside is? If you conquer this, just imagine how much stronger it will make you. Any adversities you face in the future will be laughably easy to defeat compared to this.

    It seemed impossible to me when I first started NoFap 41 months ago, but I'm still here, and I feel so much better than I did back then.
