Mental Health & Psychology

Does anyone here have any opinions, experiences, or resources concerning various modes of mental health practices, e.g. Internal Family Systems. I'm interested in anyone's view about the relationship between psychological help and spiritual help. "Grace builds on nature." There are people such as Dr Bob Schuchts and Dr Matthew Breuninger who are faithful Catholics who are also professional psychologists who integrate the two worlds for the healing of wounds. In this context, I'm thinking of sexual wounds but there are any number/kind of trauma at play in our recovery and salvation. This is a world that I am interested in delving into this year. Does anyone know of any other names, podcasts, books, that they have heard of or found helpful? Peace
