    How many times a day do I need to meditate for nofap and how long because I've meditated and I still cave in to urges

    Try asking yourself, why do I have these urges to pmo in the first place? Next, try asking, if meditation is a state then that must mean it’s not an action, so do we meditate or get meditated during “meditation”?!
