Meditation and exercising really does wonders!!!

    Day 05: Couldn't focus, easily distracted and feeling empty. To make things worse I binged on social media for about two hours scrolling mindlessly which gave me a huge urge to watch porn for more dopamine.

    Instead I tried to do some pushups I only could do around 3 (usually I do 10-15 with good form). Then realized my mindset has weaken, mind is clouded and couldn't generate enough strength.

    Afterwards to gain back my emotional control immediately sat on my bed closed my eyes and just did some breathing meditation for about 5 to 6 minutes. Which shifted my mindset completely and I was able to think clearly. Then did some quality pushups 3 sets and you gotta believe me it felt amazing. I have been meditating for the last 7 days consistently which really helped me controlling my emotions.

    For all people trying just remember that you're above your unhealthy emotions and instant desires, don't let them rule you.
