I just tried to make a post to the mental health group here on NoFap, but it was lost/deleted before I could finish.
It was very depressing and kinda like what a suicide letter might be like for me.
I really don’t know how I keep going when all I want is to die. I’m gonna try to sleep it off as usual and hope that I won’t wake up to anymore days like today.
