I would make ginger tea, hot water, cut ginger. Helps with stomach, nausea, etc.. It has a lot of zinc which is the big male mineral. You can get zinc supplements cheap on ebay, dollar stores, etc.. I would focus on quality protein to build strength, no junk foods, whole grains, like cooked oatmeal, not microwaved; a little honey.
