Hi, after more than 4 months of quitting PMO I have new problem these days, sometimes I get hard boner without any reason like when I read some stuff on and I can't resist it and sometimes like before sleeping I get hard erection without touching or fantasize or watching anything also when I take shower but when I squeezes my penis the fluids come out and it is happen many times (get strong erection and squeeze for fluids come out),in addition I don't know if this count as edging or fapping so please tell me!! I will try to stop this behavior.

My guess is... you are healthy. It's normal to get spontaneous erections when you are not PMO'ing all the time. I was just reading the other day that your body has a built in mechanism to keep your erections healthy and to do so, it'll create a spontaneous erection when it hasn't been hard enough. The fluid is probably just pre-cum, since you aren't O all the time, you have more of it built up.
I wrote before I don't fap to get erection, it's happen without my control and sometimes because of me but I don't touch my penis at all and I squeezes when I feel the fluid come out.

I'm a noob... so I can't really answer that for sure, but I'd say if you aren't M, then no reset necessary. Now... that question is, are you being honest with yourself. Is it a simple squeeze or are you edging? Or MO'ing? We are going to touch ourselves.... we are guys, we have to function. I'm not resetting my counter every time I shake it off at the urinal.
I think that you mean that you squeeze your internal muscles (now with your hands) when you feel that fluid is spontaneously oozing during your spontaneous erections. No reset is necessary. The erections and oozing of fluids are natural and normal. Many men ooze fluids when erect, especially if they have not ejaculated lately. Do not worry about this.
I don't think so I'm completely normal now because of today when I got erection in the shower and I feel something come into my penis so when I squeezes it like ejaculation cause the fluids come out and they are much, I did it two times and my penis was hot so I took cold shower and go out, I couldn't even resisted it.
Its happening to me too after one month of stopping. It feels like my insides are being pulled out slowly with a rusty spoon... is this how the rest of the male population works? We're supposed to have this happening to us all the time?
I think yes but to me I would to avoid this behavior even get fluids with strong erections but when I say I will not do it tomorrow I found myself did it and then get anxiety،also when I read some stuff on this forum or similar others I get uncontrollable erection .
