EVERYTHING you do boils down to YOUR decision If you are ever in a bad spot, its because YOU made the wrong decision, and it is only up to you to fix it. Between action and thought there is a gaps, there always is. Say to yourself when trying to quit any bad habit foe example, I am not going to watch porn today, I don't know about tomorrow, but today I am not watching it.
