I know it is easier saying than doing, but today for example I almost relapsed, because I was sick for 3 days and I had to stay in bed but then I remembered how people are attracted to me now and I didnt want to lose this power!

When I'm not sick, I always do SPORTs, every day! Each day different: swimming, gym, wall climbing, bath & spa with massage (not with happy ending) , gym again, group lessons, gokart, golf. This makes it easy to stay focused. When you become obsessed with something like me with sports, people going to feel it and you become a magnet. Everybody wants to join me now, because I'm the core now, the stable one. If you do not have a hobby like me, make the SPORTs and healthy life style your hobby and become obsessed with it.
I also play PC games, I love them again after nofap kicked in. Music.
Unfortunately I don't have anything special interest or hobby, but I'm fine with it.

So, keep your head up and your sausage down
Just make 30 days first and you will write me next time with a completely different, positive style

its an interesting concept man....when a person is physically active, people can just sense it.
