Does anyone have low potassium due to PMO / edging? I keep getting low potassium (3.0 at the moment) from my bloodwork and only seem to get it into range by drinking massive amounts of coconut oil. I wonder if this is due to heavy PMO/edging. I don't use meds and don't have diarea.
PMO is more related to Zinc deficiency. I haven't heard that binge PMO depletes potassium levels. It's not easy to get enough of potassium through food. Pickles and pickle juice is a good source. (I use for cramps from tennis). Spinach is also high in Potassium.
