    hey guys, I believe I have death grip syndrome, my whole life during sexual intercourse has not been rewarding, it’s like I don’t feel the ‘sexual sensations’ and I have found it extremely hard to be able to ejecualte during sex, I know it’s not psychological so please any answers please help! It’s ruining my life.

    - masturbation -10-16 minutes before orgasm and have to use hand very firm and vigorously.

    - sex - 99% chance I won’t orgasm and feels not sensitive or pleasurebale, really feels like I’m flogging a dead horse.

    The answer seems simple. Take a break from ejaculating. You seem to have been over pleasing yourself. Too much of anything isn't good.
