Losing my sexual appetite?

Hello. I am rebooting for 1 month and 4 days. I did not have a porn addiction but an unhealthy fantasy that affects my relationship (which is thinking my girl is with another man). I think it's porn induced. I stopped porn without any problems and stopped fapping. First two weeks were horrible, but i did a lot of cold showers to abstain from doing it. Simple thing such as her feminine assets (ass, boobs) started to arouse me again and i was disgusted by the fantasy i had so all went well.

Now after 1 month she barely arouses me in any way anymore, i feel down and depressed and that fantasy keeps popping in my head and its the only thing that looks to arouse me. Why is this happening? Am i not supposed to improve? First two weeks were total improvement but now i feel its even worse? Can relationship problems have a part in this?
