Losing my mind

    Today is Day 16 and as the title of this post says, I'm losing my damn mind.

    I really want to get through November because it'll prove I can do it and I'll be super proud of myself. I've been indulging in PMO for over 10 years now and have never gone past 18 days, which is my longest streak which I got in October.

    However, I'm stressed out rn with college assignments and my go-to has always been PMO. Even when not stressed, the urges recently have been insurmountable but I've been getting through them.

    Any tips or guidance would be much appreciated.

    Hey brother, get out of your private room and into the open world asap when you're under "Attack". It's the art of war bro, and your brain is your own enemy (sometimes). Don't put yourself in a losing or disadvantaged situation. Go to the super market, go for a joyride, coffee, make some food, whatever. Last but not least, come back to the reason in your own head for why you are doing this. Conviction -> Discipline -> Effort -> Consistency -> Results. It starts with the conviction! You can do it!

    Take a nap. It sounds like simple advice but staying up constantly thinking about it will drive you crazy. Also try to abstain longer than 30 days.

    I’ve noticed when I put emphasis a specific day it makes me go crazy. The focus should be to stop completely. 30 days is impressive but not enough to see the major benefits nodal can offer you.
