    Hey Fapstronauts,

I found NoFap on Reddit about 3 weeks ago and it's been a great help (along with YBOP etc). I try to post/comment each day on NoFap and my experience recently (although I've reset twice already) has been better than it has been in the past (when I reset more often usually). My previous experience with trying to NoFap was much more shameful, isolating, and self-defeating. I want to get on the forum here because I like the idea of starting a journal thread. I think it will be helpful for me to have it so I can reread it each day you know? I will be doing that shortly, but not now. I'm trying to limit myself on how much time I do NoFap stuff because that quickly leads me to get a little bit compulsive with the internet in general (a trigger for me to want to fap).

As for a Quick introduction: I'm in the 25-29 bracket. I'm married. In school and working. Masturbation and porn addiction since I was about 12. I watch some pretty hardcore stuff nowadays (mostly lesbian related). The most common place I look at porn and masturbate are in semi-private areas in the school library or school bathrooms(crazy...). I most recently looked at porn in my church. Other than that I struggle with self-pity, isolation, and pride which are a bad combo and surely related to this addiction. My ideal goal is no PMO FOREVER, but I honestly want to make it 30 days right now. 30 days! I look forward to reading and posting with y
