    Mates,

I recently told by SO about my PA.

Damn... The sadness in her eyes...

When you deeply love someone, knowing that your actions are making me them feel sad gives you hell of a motivation...

I read somewhere in the past, perharps in an article of psychology, that If you don't have a SO, you still have you. You'll have you all your life.

Take a moment to look in your eyes, in a mirror, perhaps 5 minutes and think about your sins. And you will see your own despair.
We already "consciously" know that we harm ourself with PMO, but looking in our own eyes make us subconsciously realize that PMO is a disease and is hurtful indeed.
It gives us motivation, to be proud of ourself.

Whenever you need motivation, take a time to look into your own eyes... It changes everything !

This technique have worked on me on the past for other things, I think it can help you guys to overcome this F addiction :)

    Give in a try :)

    Stay brave

That's right mate. When one comes to the conscious realization of how bad PMO has ruined us, you get the motivation that you need to quit. Personally, I have found that the best way to quit PMO to have information on how it affects our reward system. This really affects so many areas of our lives. You will always get bored quickly with activities since they do not produce enough dopamine to make us excited as PMO does. In my view, this has entirely affected how I interact with people, all people including my family members. You just want your own space, and the world around you loses color. Right now, I am determined to beat this thing and live a free, normal life. We shall overcome! Cheers
