    I’ve been on NoFap in the past, with a longest streak of over 70 days last year which I was super proud of at the time and believed it was only going to get better from there. Unfortunately this year has been the exact opposite, feel like I’m in a massive rut again with PMO.

    I really want to make NoFap a priority in 2024 and start the year well. I know accountability has been a major part of previous success so looking for that again.

    If you also want to take this journey seriously in 2024 and are happy to check in most days over message, perhaps we could work together to make sure we leave this behind us for good!
