I just hit my 30 day mark, and for some reason got very sexually frustrated night of. I looked at porn but managed to close it before I finished (didn't orgasmn). Does this count as a relapse?
If you just looked at porn for a few seconds then realised what you were doing and closed it, then I'd say not. As you masturbated though, I would personally count it as a relapse. I've used the "didn't orgasm" excuse with myself plenty of times, but all you're doing is lying to yourself. No PMO isn't just about not reaching orgasm whilst viewing porn. It's the entire process; getting aroused, ignoring your better judgement, watching porn, and masturbating, and that's what you did. Orgasm is just the end result of the chain. It's completely your call, as this is your personal challenge. I assume that as you're asking for advice on here, there is some doubt in your mind, which means you probably know deep down that you relapsed. Reset your counter and start over. 28 days is awesome though, and your brain will have healed itself quite substantially in this time (depending on the severity of your addiction of course). Stay strong and keep fighting.
