Longest streak yet ,but thoughts creeping back in

Recently I got real with myself about my porn addiction . I always knew in the back of my mind , but made excuses for it .

Doing this however has cost me a lot in my life . A wonderful marriage fell apart , and I know that if I didn’t bring porn into it , it would be flourishing today .

So I started reading this forum , and ready a couple books about porn addiction , and it makes me understand things a lot better .

I’m currently on a 31 day streak . Which im proud of , but the last few days have been tough . My mind has started to try to justify “ one more time “ . Logically I know how disappointed, and shameful i would feel , but the temptation still persists .
