Long term porn recovery

    I've been away from this community for a long damn time, had some good streaks, want to know a long term strategy to get myself off of porn.

    I wanna be done with it entirely, like for life basically. I feel like keeping a 90 day streak is doable but I wanna know how to quit like forever.

    I wanna hear from those who have recovered specifically.

    Take it in chunks, because the trials of each section are different. I went for 90 days and after that I did not feel 'rebooted' so I extended it to aim for 180, then 365, ...

    I wouldn't say I had recovered though. I'm on a big day count but I am staying vigilant.
