Long distance relationship---can't stop fantasizing about her, so its difficult

I have a long distance relationship that is emotionally really heating up leading up to seeing her in July, and I am very very often catching myself thinking about being with her. Since I suffer from inflammation from unrelieved sexual tension, it makes nofap VERY hard. I'm gonna try as hard as I can to charge up as long as I can though cause I think she really wants a baby. Waiting as long as possible surely will make that much more likely. My last non MO streak was more than a month and I got an unbelievably angry bout of inflammation at 2AM one morning and had to relieve myself and use ibuprofen both. I'm trying to rely on mindfulness to keep myself from fantasizing about sex so much.
