Lonely. Please Help 'cause i have no clue at all

Seriously, men don't know the basics of arguments.
Your arguments have so many flaws.

 

Well you're young, so that helps. So here's what I would do: join a club or a few clubs that you're interested in, books walking gardening etc keep it IRL, avoid online. If you have time and money, get some education you'll meet tonnes of friends in the classes and that will give you a social circle.
Have you got a local pub or a local community hall etc? Make a point of going regularly, don't get drunk, but go have a beer and sit back and relax say hi to people, get to know regulars etc, if it's a community hall volunteer.

I met my wife as a result of doing volunteer work. In my late 20s

Remember that not only you are lonely, but many others too, including girls. But everyone pretends if this wasn't the case. If you find a lonely girl two persons might get out of loneliness at the same time and that's a good thing

Also, don't just focus on the girlfriend question only. Improving your social life is good for you and it makes it more likely that you get a girlfriend too. Start small, talk to people, do something, get away from your screen

 

Good God, man. Lol. As long as you're getting what you want out of life, I suppose. You seem like a respectful chap, so as long as your negative views towards women don't spill into the mistreatment of women, I'm fine with it. Keep on keepin' on, bro. I'm still pullin' for ya. And I truly am sorry that you got burnt so bad that it turned you off from an entire gender. She must have been something else.

Don't worry about the girl who would ghost you and never talk to you if you disappear off the face of the planet, chances are they don't have feelings at all. Some women will not like you and thats perfectly fine, its the same for them when you don't like them. You probably have had women in your life who had feelings and you didn't care either or you didn't advance.
If you have a bunch of friend zoned girl's work your way to being best friends with them, then they may catch feelings. I remember the idea that if you are with someone especially with women that the more close proximity and more interactions with them the more they may catch feelings for you. Think of it like this, sit next to them in class and talk to them and they may like you eventually.

 

It is kind of hard to know what to say to you.
This is after all, a site from porn recovery or PMO.

So if you chase girls during your recovery, you are making it hard on yourself.
But i was like that when I first started rebooting. I couldn't deal with loneliness.
And when I finally gave in and focused on recovery and fixing my life,
the loneliness stopped because I had built a lot of self-esteem.

That is the heart of the issue.

But if you aren't ready to do it the hard way, which is the right way,
then do what you gotta do, my friend.

 

One suggestion you might consider is to forget about xx # of days.

Instead, just make it through today. Focus on that. You'll get further that way.
