    Start

    1. Making your bed every morning
    2. Wake and sleep at same time each day
    3. Wake up with the sunrise
    4. Power nap everyday around noon (25 min)
    5. Intermittent Fasting
    6. 5 minute cold shower to start day
    7. Expose yourself to sunlight first thing in the morning
    8. Journaling your thoughts and feelings
    9. Meditation
    10. Corresponding your diet with your fitness goals (losing weight/gaining weight) Sidenote: Never try to lose weight, simply try to put on muscle and the fat will burn off.
    11. Working out 3 times a week intensely then using the rest of days for active recovery
    12. Pick up something you suck at and watch yourself get better at it
    13. Call your family and friends to see how they are
    14. Spend more time socializing with friends or family
    15. Organize your days before hand
    16. Make a list of goals and aspirations and pin it somewhere you see when you wake up everyday
    17. Read books by prominent historical figures
    18. Cut off toxic people
    19. Grow your own fruits and vegetables
    20. Raise Chickens and use their eggs
    21. Cut out processed food
    22. Don't overeat (we live in an indulgent society, in reality you'd be surprised how little food you can survive and remain healthy on)
    23. Soak in epsom salt
    24. Go through a deep stretch routine everyday
    25. Track Financial Spending/ Create Budget
    26. Write down a morning routine
    27. Don't make excuses
    28. Practice Stoicism
    29. Make deliberate efforts to meet new people
    30. Create a high quality social circle
    31. Spend time studying new hobbies before partaking in them
    32. Create a new look for yourself (hair style, clothes, etc)
    33. Learn to cook (this helps you be healthier)
    34. Keep your room clean all the time, not just when it gets dirty, don't let it get to that point.
    35. Learn an instrument
    36. Volunteer
    37. Learn a new language
    38. Take up a martial arts (Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Wrestling) Helps inner peace and confidence.
    39. Listen to a podcast (Jordan Peterson/ Jocko Willink are good starts)
    40. Join a team activity
    41. 8 glasses of water a day (4 Bottles)
    To Quit

    1. Sugar
    2. Waking up and Sleeping at different times each night
    3. Spending valuable day time on social media
    4. Don't count days
    5. Using your electronics within an hour of your bedtime
    6. Spending more time in your home than outside of it (homes are for shelter, humans are naturally designed to be outside of their shelter most of the day)
