I'm on day 9 the longest I've gone in years on nofap, but recently my sex drive has vanished and my penis is basically tiny now, seems cold and lifeless.. not even the thought of porn or any urges seem to creep up, if this is flatline holy crap its hit me hard but I'm also finding it difficult seeing to pee fully, it's like I can never fully release since ive stopped watching porn and masturbating? No idea why.. but I feel pressure on my penis to pee much more and I am kinda worried tbh maybe I should see someone or if this is my penis sorting itself out..
If you can't pee fully, that's a medical issue, not a side effect of NoFap. When that happened to me, I ignored it, and then ended up in the hospital ICU with multiple organ failure. They saved my life (obviously) but I don't f**k with that anymore. Please, see a doc about this. -EK
Sounds like UTI or kidney stones. Did you get lube in your penis? I recommend you see a provider or physician!
