Im around 70 days into nofap, My libido came for 5 minutes and im again in flatline. I have mind fog and tiredness whole day but when I wake up in the morning I have strong morning wood and I feel horny too in the morning but thats it. In the day, I get random 40-50% erections when I think about sex and that too not every time, it happens randomly. Even if I get erections during day, I still feel no libido, I still feel that I am having just an erection with no feelings of lust or sex. And when I had libido for 5 minutes, there was no erection to compliment my strong animalistic libido. Is this normal?
Healing is in progress, do not disturb LOL It's all healing /re-wiring going on, Its going to fluctuate alot since your brain is trying to reset the sensitivity of dopamine receptors or increase dopamine receptors, so just hang in there and soon you will be the winner, I also feel libido returning for 1-2 minutes but that's it, nothing more, But those 1-2 minutes give me hope and excitement if 1-2 minutes can be so satisfying how much 1-2 hours of animal libido will be And what if such libido remains for the rest of your life
