God bless everyone on this great Saturday morning today is day 107 of 275, John 123 I read your post this morning on your journey and I was amazed by her mine is exact replica of yours but I would my wife for a couple months that’s what led me here we all have very similar journeys but we all want the same destinations. Through glory of God I know that my brain is rebooting I really derive intellectual Pleasure out of helping other people through this and this is the way to do it by talking to one another and getting other perspectives. I will start by saying I will check in the morning, Around noon a quick check in the evening a quick check ,every day so hopefully everybody starts posting giving something back to the site as the one thing We should all be here for. I wanna thank everybody for the there contribution here. Some days are better than others today is gonna be one of the better days yesterday was a good day but I also realize that I didn’t get quite enough cardio early enough which would’ve made even more of a difference that will be change starting today. I feel so elated to be with a group of men as well and to open up and keep us all in the light of Jesus Christ and to bask in his glory He is the one that keeps the wind in my sails on this path God bless everyone God speed.

This verse from the Bible what it says to me is that I must through God's word at a minimum honor our abstinence contract through December 22nd, at the same time that means I need to not snuggle with my wife I get a boner any longer because that is within the abstinence contract it is a promise to help correct my wifes trauma and a promise to God and me thank you God for shining your light on me today and unless my wife wants to snuggle I will not ask for it any longer this is my revelation and I'm upping my commitment level even more in Jesus name I pray amen Godspeed

 

So I am at the theater and for the last 45 minutes even now when I touch and hold my wife's hand I get an extrodinary surge of energy it's not sexual but conectedness I whispered in her ear I think I feel that love has arrived and is not ever leaving, it's real made me tear up. I believe in the power of Gods healing heart for sure!! Amen , submit and surrender to God makes all other things are possible!!

 

Awesome that'll happen about every 7 to 14 days for the first 6 weeks and then after that maybe about every 7 or 8 days then it happens about every 2 weeks at least it did for me

It looks like I'm on the bottom side of the roller coaster now, I honestly believe that I'm going to have to go to the term till December 22nd seems like time has stopped and going slow for some reason maintain your level of energy that I do all the time sometimes you get that fall down effect. I feel like I'm skydiving into a cave elicits a free fall I know that God has plans for me by Design and hope that everyone is doing well this evening struggling a little bit I'd love to go have a drink just a beer or two, and sometimes go back and revisit the times when me and my wife first got married just the romantic parts the times are we laughed a lot more than we cried.
