    The past few weeks ive been really struggeling with corn, relapsing more often and way worse.

    I have a lot of Important exams coming up, which Stress me 24/7 which leads to relapsing which leads to doing nothing for the exams.


    So i have a few weeks left, and in these few weeks i need to get my stuff togehter and work hard. I need to completly break this addiction right now, before it will take even more from me.

    I sometimes just feel like a castle of cards falling apart at any moment because of the stress and anxiety from all this. Die anyone had the same kinda thing?

    Find ways to de-stress and self care so you don't have to use porn and other addictions to manage the tension and anxiety. I coach clients in this all the time. Do you know what activities rejuvenate you and nourish you? Such as walking in nature, taking a bath, cold shower, talking with a trusted friend, journaling, dancing, working out, yoga, etc?

    It's great that you have a few weeks before exams! It means that you have the opportunity to make a different decision than the harmful ones you've made in the past. The very fact that you're posting this question means you're ready to uplevel.

    I get what you mean, i go to the gym as much as i can which really boosts my mood. But as soon as i need to study or just get stressed i go like into auto pilot and try to find an unblocked website to relapse.


    I know i need to Act before this auto pilot takes over, but i struggle how to do it.

    Hey Lass,

    You mentioned that the gym helps you and your mood but as soon as you sit down to study, you get hijacked and start searching for unblocked sites. I know this self sabotage pattern pretty well and am free from it.

    Without knowing your personal details, here are a few suggestions...
    • Study in a public place like a library or cafe. This will make it very hard to engage in the addiction because you'll be in a place with other people.
    • Create a ritual around studying that you do before you sit down to study.
    • Set clear time boundaries of starting and stopping.
    All of these ideas require your Will to be on board. You can do this! You are the creator of your universe. You are in charge of your decisions. The porn and urges are not more powerful than you my friend!

    Do you have any adive against unconcious behavior, I ended up relasping before I really knew it. The 5 days went alright with barly any urges and now I’m here again.
