Lack of sensation down there

    Any advice how to increase the sensitivity of the penis, mine is quite numb, been for a while. I do cycle regularly, that doesnt better the situation, I know. Been on nofap for a month but my libido isnt back back yet, it usually helps a bit.

    I would advise you to practice semen retention and continue with Nofap as you are already doing. It does become sensitive with time. All the best
