lots of stress at home and waiting for a phone call re job... leads to me using an audio file, cumming - and then this afternoon just let 40 mins go by in a flash on Tumblr and other sites...
horny leads to access to trigger leads to getting sucked back in so very fast. felt i could have PMO'd for hours - thankfully wife is now back home.
getting up now, making some tea - will try to get out of the house.
jeez - this sh*t is hard...

Don't give up. I find it's very common that once I fall back into pmo then it's like you could grab all that you can and feel addicted very fast.

pick yourself up and come back stronger - you know how much you want to quit, so get up and fight for it - don't accept defeat

thanks again everyone for your helpful comments...
well, the binge has been on now for 20 hours or so - PMO three times, mind is obsessed, on sites i haven't been on for what seems like an age...
and my bodily response is 'do it again'....
i'm starting a new thread now asking for others experiences with bingeing....
thanks again brothers - this is tough work - i just want to get back on the wagon (and get back to some good sleep)

I recommend checking out the info about how dopamine works on yourbrainonporn.com

My understanding is that it's the anticipation of gratification that is keeping you looking for new images, but since your reward centres are so numbed by exposure to porn, the satisfaction doesn't arrive, so you keep looking, and the dopamine keeps coming, and that's the basis for a binge

You have to realise that your brain chemicals are telling you to keep going because they think you're going to find what you're looking for, but fact is you're not going to find it. you have to walk away and let your appetite subside, let the dopamine settle
