"Kink-shaming" and other nonsense ruining fandom

Fap culture and downward spiraling kink is ruining fandoms everywhere. I can't go to a convention without seeing people perved on fap culture ruining my life with gross behavior and weird drama. Women are the worst in some fandoms, they put all their REALLY gross kink into anonymous written fantasies on AO3 and Livejournal, and it just shows that the downward spiral is real for us too.

PMO culture has literally destroyed fandom. No actor can get on Tumblr without finding really scary porn of him/herself, and I really have no hope for humanity when I think of how these respectable and professional people have to buffer themselves from perversion at every Comic Con they go to.

But the problem is, when you complain about it, you get called a "kink shamer", as if it were on some kind of equal par with homophobia. But homosexuality is about loving and pair bonding regardless of gender. Kink, however, is the result of being saturated with fap culture, and progressively losing one's taste for normal pair bonding.

I admit it. I am a proud kink shamer. I don't want to see people doing that crap at cons and I hate seeing a whole industry of fap fandom taking up spaces in dealers rooms that are supposed to be safe for kids. I was going to be at a con in Atlanta this weekend, but I realized just how much I hate Tumblr and the fandom demand that I tolerate paraphilias and perversions in the name of openmindedness.

I can't. I just can't. Vom. If you've dumped your paraphilias and kinks due to rebooting and staying there, I salute you. I really wish more of you would have the guts to declare fap culture toxic to fandom. And I wish women in fandom would stop demanding that writing twisted slash porn was normal. It's not. Try hiking, swimming, and nofap instead!!! <3
