Kinda scared of life itself

  1. Here I am at 25 as a nervous, anxious wreck. I used to be so confident and get so many girls but my past pmo usage led me down some dark paths. Not even going to talk about regret or shame. Seriously, I just want to start life over again. Or go back in time to fix some things then come back to the present. Sucks how fragile life is sometimes but I guess that’s what people mean by the saying, “that’s life son”. I want to reincarnate or just leave my past self behind or something. A chunk of me feels legit broken/damaged. How on Earth was I supposed to know pmo can destroy you emotionally/spiritually? And I wasn’t even spiritual in the slightest before this crap!!

I don’t even consider myself a bad person but I was a fucking dumbass teenager who didn’t care about anything back in the day

  2. Man it's hard but you're not alone, most of us feel the same, we wasted years doing this self destructive habit, but it's better not to waste the rest of our lives feeling sorry for ourselves
Life is hard nowadays for men, plenty of challenge and problems, but life is still ahead of you, you can change and become a better person and restore your confidence, there's hundreds of guys here that proved this
There are men in their 40s realizing they have an addiction and are fighting to gain their life back, you're 25 and it's a good thing that you're realizing your problems now, that's why your suffering
It's sad when you think about the past, and scary when you think about the future, doing that will get you paralyzed, try indulging in the present moment and doing whatever you can do to make your life better, step by step, and as you gain confidence and strength life won't be scary that much, just destroy that victim mentality
Stay hopeful man, life is full of opportunities and possibilities, you can compensate the damage that have been done, you can still fullfil your potential
" It's not about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward, that's how winning is done! "
