I thought I was in a good place with this habit but recently it has been relapse after relapse. My most recent streak was 15 days, since I redownloaded snapchat and got a dating app, I have been different. Maybe that is the trigger. I am going to delete my snapchat again, and I already deleted the dating app yesterday. I need to get back to the habits I was implementing to stop this disgusting one. I won't give up. I feel like I have faced a million failures with trying to get rid of this habit, but I am willing to fail a million more to reach my goal. Good luck brother.
