So intially I kept relapsing after 2 weeks but after I reached one 100+ days streak (and now a few more) I keep relapsing every time after more than a hundred days. Im already doing: Cold showers every day A workout everyday Reading everyday Consistent sleep schedule Eating healthy everyday Not counting days (although I vaguely remember how long my streaks are) Yet every time I seems I finally have a good grasp on my addiction it sneeks right back up on me in a moment of weakness or boredom. Does anyone now what I can do more to go longer without PMO, or maybe even have complete sobriety?
