    these are the five sins or limitations of a human being mentioned by Lord krishna.....for improvement we must throw these out
    1. kaam means LUST
    2. krodh means ANGER
    3. moh means ATTACHMENT
    4. lobh means GREED
    5. ahankaar means BEING ARROGANT
    i know these all are quite difficult to remove........but you can see that somehow these qualities are catalyst for our sufferings.

    galti maa baap ki hai..........ye koi umar thodi hai smartphone chalane ki
    thank god..........apne time ye sab nahi tha.......bachpan mien outdoor games bahut kheli hai.........football , badminton
    but jab main 16 ka hua then some depression and stuff...........dheere dheere sab khelna kam ho gaya.....
    ye 6 saal bahut speed mien nikle hai(addiction vale)

    Bhai, aaj mera pehla hi din tha, aajtak maine bahut suffer kiya hai, ab chalke is behtarin platform ka pata chala hai. strong determination k sath than liya hai ko no PMO from now onwrds...aur aaj 1st day without PMO complete hua mera.....iske pehle yha aane se pahile try kiya tha 11 din thik rha bad me relapse hua.
