Ive got to the point where literally no porn category can fully turn me on apart from a few extreme ones, yet I still feel a huge desire to keep watching and find it extremely difficult to go even a few days without searching porn, I have blocked my laptop but found no way to block my android phone successfully and cant get rid of it as I need it for other things. Also how do you know if it is porn that influences your turn ons, such as transsexuals as i feel like i would sleep with one but is that from watching too much?
Its the same for me, as the transsexual thing IMO its just too much porn you wouldn't want to do it IRL, porn made me watch some stupid shit I wouldn't enjoy in real life experience ... I'm sure things will change after a full reboot. We just have to be patients

There is more and more sick shit on the porn sites. amputees being one of them. clown porn. Monster porn. Tentacle porn...the list is endless. The main reason you are attracted to it is because of coolidge effect: what makes you horny will eventually feels boring and vanilla. Its normal that you like it, its now where you are in terms of where coolidge effect brought you. In a few weeks/months, you'll get bored of transgendered person and look for something else... So, theoretically, one could become aroused consecutively to each of the sections of a porn tube site!
Ikindaknew absolutely nailed that response. It's exactly that. Porn/Masturbation addiction gets tedious because it's repetitive. But you now have knowledge - use it. Fighting the fight is mental. If you don't honestly just tell yourself "Dude. This is actually nasty, I've gotta stop" then blocking your access won't work. In this day and age, there is unlimited access to porn. It's tough but you've got to take that mental decision to say enough is enough. Step by step, mate. You WILL win!
A key to overcoming all of this is to simply detract yourself from it by keeping busy at something. During my heavy relapse phases I delved into my PM addiction and looked for harder variations of it, and then all of a sudden a busy time came along where I simply had no time to "explore it" and the thirst for the extreme faded away
