Last night was interesting. I was having a sexual dream, and "woke up" from that dream to find it was a wet dream, only to really wake up to find I didn't have a wet dream. My brain starts to do strange things when I take pmo, something that it became accustomed to, away. I had a wet dream a few days ago which really messed with my mind. I didn't relapse, but it certainly felt like I did. The recovery from the relapse was much quicker than a actual relapse, but the urges the day of and after were just as high as the days after a relapse. Has your mind thrown you any curveballs that make it more difficult to quit pmo? Do you have wet dreams as well and how often. So far I only had 1 wet dream in 4 weeks of no pmo.
Yes. I once also had a dream where I was watching Porn in my dream. I was sitting at the computer just watching porn. Your addiction is trying to find ways to make you do it. So when you ignore it, it will find other ways to try and grab you by entering your subconscious
