Just confused.

An few weeks ago I went 11 days without pmo. I'm in a relapse cycle for the last couple of days. I live in my girlfriends house and when she goes to bed early every night the bells go off in my head. I can be watching TV or reading and it just comes on.
I notice that when I get upset at my living situation of which I havent been happy since I moved in here over 2 years ago, that's when I'm my weakest. I never PMO'd this much when I lived alone. I'm 41 and am a codependent and fear abandonment. I did 11 days without PMO and now I'm having a tough time doing 2. Help...
