Just checking in

I'm still pretty new to this site. It occurred to me that i should probably check in regularly to help with progress and accountability. I haven't been having urges so much as getting aroused which is rather intriguing to me because urges are what cause me to relapse, getting aroused however is one of those sensations and can ride out fairly well but i never seem to relapse from arousal. For now this site is helping with my resolve to quit porn and stay away from it.
