Hi NoFap community I found this site looking for help with my addiction since the sixth grade I’ve been hooked on pmos I’m so tired of feeling shamed every time I pmo and today is the day I really make an effort to get my life on track and live my best life I’m willing to help myself and others like me I’m hoping to connect with others with similar experiences for support and motivation I’m embarrassed to go to my family so this is perfect for me my goal is to not pmo for 3 months it will be hard with daily triggers I want to experience sex without thinking of porn to stay hard my journey starts today I will be a future NoFap success story.
